Did you tried higher values?
For bigger helicopters even value of 4 is OK.

For me it seems that Cyclic settings is not accurate - this behavior is mostly happening if travel of elevator servo is not equal to the next two servos.
So when collective is pushed elevator is not going level.

When you tick Subtrim (tuning) your servos must be at 90° while at the same time, your swashplate should be perfectly level - with usage of swashplate leveler it can be configured exactly.
When you disable it and go to the Servo Travel Correction you can configure exact positions at the min. and max. collective pitch.

Can you check these settings?

Thanks for your answer. I will check my Cyclic settings and will also try values higher than 2 for elevator filter.
