Well, there is nothing in my Spam folder, I am a Technical IT person.
Interestingly, I received today a first time notice - a response on my question from the forum.

How did it come through if my service provider is blocking it.

I will also mention that the confirmation to my Spirit pro order didn't come, I just received an email from Tomas after making contact to tell him about it.

I think that the email record on th esystem database may have been wrong - otherwise, how did I now receive a notification on your feedback?

Hello,

it depends on which method you are using and which notifications are enabled.
By default you have to receive notification always when receiving private message.
But not from a forum unless you will enable notifications for selected thread/forum.

For eshop you should receive all notification including order status, etc.

In both cases emails are sent at the email that you entered during registration.

When you will mail us directly, reply will be sent at the email that is configured in your email client.

Other than that emails might not arrive due to a technical issues either at our side or your side or email provider.

Since we are extremely busy then it is possible we might overlook your message.
