Can I assign buttons for 3D Hover or knife edge etc. with my Edge 540?

For hover yes, there is auto-hover function, can be assigned to any channel.
For knife edge, since the Spirit gyro is already in hold mode by default, it will maintain the knife edge very easy, you just need to try it
