Automatic rescue is very helpful. But sometimes a rescue action is initiated unexpectedly during normal flight. It would be helpful to get a warning, when the heli approaches the rescue floor. How to implement this?: I propose a telemetry parameter "height above rescue floor" additionally to the existing height value, which is above starting height. Then I can check this parameter and generate a warning in the TX, if the heli is only e.g. 2m above rescue floor.

Thomas, it would help me to hear, if you plan to implement this proposal. I think, it would be helpful for everybody. If no, I will program a lua script for my own purposes. A solution in Spirit would probably react faster.

Hello,
what is your radio? With some it can be implemented.

My radio is a Jeti DC-24. I can generate an alarm by checking the altitude value against a fixed value, but not against an altitude value measured when setting the automatic alarm. The only way is to do it in LUA. Do you see another way?
