I am experiencing this problem with all my spirit units 3.2.2 and 3.2.1
1-take off (no stabi function)
2-activate stabi function (ACRO, rate =3)
3- stabilization works ok, self level ok
4-do several piro-flips (4-5)
5- after releasing sticks, the helicopter will to self level, but it will become erratic, mostly will try to move backwards (or forward)
6-it will not come back to level, always will try to move (back or forward)
7- if I turn off stabilization, problem goes away, I can fly normal with no problems

This seems be consistent with my Protos 380, XL550, TREX 500, TREX 650x.
I tried stabi correction ON/OFF but no difference

please help!

Hello
Switch off stabi correction, and switch extended signal processing on. That solved the problem
for me.

Just a note for the spirit team: This behavior seems to be consistent, with all my spirit units (8+) and all sized helis.
This happens just after doing some 3D "crazy" maneuvers , the heli will start moving mostly backwards like if it has some TRIM.
Spirit team, please comment

Hello,

please note when Stabi Correction is ON, Extended signal processing should be OFF (and vice versa).
This is very important. There is also possibility to improve overall precision noticeably by doing gyro calibration.
So if it will not help, I can let you know how to make the calibration. This will have positive impact with any configuration.

I tried with the above combinations, did not help. Also I moved control rate to 1 and the model becomes impossible to fly.

Can you please send me the gyro calibration instructions? I also have a geolink module and I want to enjoy the full Spirit features as intended, not struggling with fighting against the stabilizer.

I have not yet received the gyro calibration instructions. I have sent emails also.
I have bought about 8+ Spirit units in the past year and I have recommended spirit to my friends in Mexico.
I can´t believe why the Spirit guys are not taking me seriously
is it really that hard to just send me the instructions?

I understand your frustration, but there are some things to consider to alleviate it a bit.

They are currently working on releasing a new product.
They don't seem to have enough resources for forum and product support -> lower FBL price than most.

I am not defending them, just trying to reduce your frustration. In my opinion, they would sell a lot more if they allocate some resources to forum support.

In the end, I am curious on the outcome.

Cheers
