Hi Spirit team,
Here is my setup :
- microSpirit
- Spektrum SPM 4650 receiver ( SRXL2 )
- DX8 G2
- ESC :
http://www.hawk-creation.com/index.php? ... ct_id=2401 BLHeli 14 manual
https://github.com/4712/BLHeliSuite/blo ... ev14.x.pdf ESC connected to AUX
- Lipo 1S - 950 mah
Issue : the ESC does not recognize the signal from the microSpirit
I have worked hard to know why it does not work ( many days ) and have tested many things :
- calibration : sure, it's not the problem ( I have tested throttle range in the spirit, in the ESC ( with BLHeli software ), change travel / subtrim in the TX etc... )
- ESC is working with this old receiver :
https://hobbyking.com/fr_fr/receiver-rx ... opter.html ( have tested )
- microSpirit works my old ESC :
http://www.hawk-creation.com/index.php? ... ct_id=6435So, I took an oscilloscope to check the PWM between spirit and the 2 ESC : the voltage is around 1.8V for the ESC that does not work although it is around 3V for the other ESC.
I think the problem is the voltage ( I reproduced such a low voltage with an Arduino connected to the ESC and it does not work but it works with a higher voltage ) and not calibration.
After searching, I've seen a similar problem :
https://electronics.stackexchange.com/q ... pwm-signal I don't know why the spirit voltage drops : maybe not enough current ?
What can I do ?
Maybe a transistor : base on the signal from spirit and emitter on the +4.2V ( solution in the stackexchange thread )
But before doing that as I can damaged the spirit or the ESC, I would appreciate your advice !
Thanks
