had my first 4 batteries with Software 3.3.2 with GT and Geolink.
Everything worked *flawless*. No issues so far.
Just wanted to let you know

My Spirit GT came with 3.3.0 installed, I setup evertyhing with my Jeti Radio. Maiden good, all good... until I hooked my laptop (macbook pro, new model) and seems that all the Spirit GT parameters got screwed, I crashed right in the ground, swashplate geometry inverted, and gains parameters lost. Repaired the heli, tried again and something similar happend. So I reset Spirit GT to default settings, and setup again, this time with the laptop. HOWEVER, I noticed that the version installed in my laptop was 3.3.1. Then I updated my spirit GT to 3.3.1, Set up everything again, and all worked flawless. So, seems the issue was that I used a 3.3.1 Application software with 3.3.0 Firmware device in my GT and everything was wrecked. So, please take my advise, be careful with your Device version and your laptop or radio version I will try the new 3.3.2 this week! |

Hello, it is very good you made it work. Between 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 there were only very minor changes. So I am afraid the reason for the behavior was rather different than firmware version. You can use 3.3.X firmware with any software version fortunately, but using the latest version is always recommended anyway. If model will for example tip over during lift off it is often due to wrong reversing or unit Position settings. |
