On the cable I use,I plug it into the s port on my frsky XR8 pro receiver,when I measure voltage comming out of s port it is 4.96v,when I measure voltage at red plug I am getting Zero voltage I presume that means the cable is faulty,many thank's for looking

Hello,
at the other side there should be zero voltage, because cable has electronics inside. At both ends there are different outputs. Unless cable is wired improperly it should all work. Otherwise it could be damaged permanently.
