I don't have the bluetooth module or the app and I didn't see this covered in the manual.

Can the bluetooth module show the vibration graph? I know I'm not supposed to be connected via bluetooth while flying, but since I think I'm supposed to do vibration analysis with the head under load, it would be safer to spool the heli up on the ground with blades 20-30 feet away while having a friend look at the vibration graph on a tablet/phone making notes or taking snapshots.

Is this possible? If not, how do you all use the vibration graph?

Yes, it is possible with Bluetooth app.
There is full functionality except updating the app and setup wizard.

It is not possible to fly with the helicopter, servos are blocked during analysis to not affect measurement in any way.

Perfect! Out of curiosity, what pitch are the servos locked at? I'll be doing this at the field on a plywood heli pad, should I plan on securing the heli to my pad? If the servos are locked at what Spirit thinks is "center" then that I should be ok just leaving it not locked down.

Now just waiting for the iOS version, I understand that will require a different BT module so I'll wait to buy.

Servos will be locked at the position they are when you enter the analysis screen.

Personally, I would risk of doing it with blades only if you have vibe problems that you cannot track otherwise.

If it's only for peace of mind, I would just do it without blades.
