Did you disconnect the signal pin of the green cable? It's not needed, not sure if it can interfere.
Not sure that the servos actually move when you are in Diagnostic panel... it could be they don't, since the screen is about how TX talks to Spirit, not about Spirit talking to servos...

No Coco66, the wires are all 3 conductors. My RX battery died and I have no means of charging it until tomorrow, so until then I'm dead in the water...

Oops, I guess you will need to use XBus port on your receiver instead of AUX1.

OK guys, I got my charger setup all together and charged the battery for the electronics, connected it and went thru the Spirit Wizard. At first the servos were all mixed together, moving together. I couldn't figure out what the problem was - it was driving me crazy! Then I read thru the Spirit Manual and saw the answer. The problem was that I had Swash Type set to 3s 120deg in the Transmitter - as soon as I set that to 1S Normal I had individual control of the servos. Now I have to go thru the SOKO setup and then figure out how to setup the JIVE!
And Yes ZeXx86, you're correct about the wiring - I needed to plug Rx XBUS into Spirit RUD, everything else was correct. I also had to do what you told me back in Sept of 2015: "In case of X-Bus, you will need to set the channels in the unit in this way: Throttle = 4. channel (can be unassigned) Aileron = 1. channel Elevator = 2. channel Rudder = 3. channel Gyro Gain = 5. channel Pitch = 6. channel Bank = 7. channel (can be unassigned)
and in the transmitter you will need to set X-Bus mode B. Then it should work in the way that channels will correspond to the movement in the Diagnostic tab.
You will still need to do setup in the Wizard, but with a preset, tuning will be easier. For your servos I recommend to set (later after initial setup) parameter Piro Consistency to around 180 and Rudder Delay to 0."
Thank you for the excellent support! I appreciate it very much!

Good job! Thank you for the details!
In any case, you can always ask me.
