I am unclear about this firmware update from Sept 2017. It is now 4 months later, and the Spirit website still shows the older 2.4.
3.4 firmware version. Should I update to this 2.4.

Update it to 2.4.4. I'm to using spektrum, HW and spirit pro and using that firmware for a while now to get the mah readings.
