Is there an explanation for this behavior?
When Stabilization is turned off the throw of the rudder is significantly limited. I'm getting about 1/2 of the expected travel. If I turn on any of the Stabilization modes the rudder slider will travel to the ends of the travel (as I set up in the endpoint settings).
Seems odd to me and I can't figure it out.

Is it all happening on the same Bank, or non-Stabilization and Stabilization are on different banks?

The reason for this behavior is, that your Gyro Gain is not same for ON and OFF states.
You should configure same (but opposite) Gyro Gain for the stabilisation as in your normal flight.
