Hi
Got my new Spirit Pro connected via sbus to FrSky X8R rx. Going through setup procedure I dont get any movement on throttle channel. I run TAER channel assignment on my Taranis and in Spirit program I have set "receiver channel mapping" the same. Should this not be the same ie Ch1 should be throttle on the Spirit end?

Hi,
if you wish to output the throttle from the unit, you will need to assign Throttle function in the General tab/Channels. Generally, channels in the unit should be: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 (may be unassigned).
In Tarantis channels does not match with the channels in the unit, so what you will need is to just make the correct movement. You can change the channel order in your transmitter or alternatively change the channels in the software (in the Channels).
ESC will be connected to the AUX1 port in the unit.

So I should just test by assigning different channels on Thr in Spirit until I see movement in diagnostics tab?

Yes, you can do so until you will see corresponding movement in all channels. So for example Aileron stick will move with Aileron in the unit/software.
