How many are using sub trim in the Spirit software to fine tune swash level? I had servo arms at 90 until fine tuning to get the swash perfectly level, now I'm getting uneven Elev and Ail. Aileron is sitting at my adjust 12.5 (even both ways) yet Elevator is only reading around 10... Any idea whey they wouldn't be the same?! Wondering if moving the servo arms away from a perfect 90 while getting swash level is causing this. Wondering if I should even bother messing with it. Perhaps I should get swash as level as I can using servo to swash links and leave sub trim in Spirit software alone.

Also, regarding Cyclic ring, it says I should adjust it as high as possible, but then mentions to set it even with collective pitch (12.5 +/- in my case). Should I shoot for 12.5 or go as high as possible before binding? If I could get the aileron and elevator pitch difference figured out I'd be about done!

Thanks

Yes, this is the problem.
Subtrims should be used to move servo arms to be at 90° as precise as possible.
Swashplate should be leveled with push rods.

At the same time, when head is mounted you should get 0° blades angle.

Then it should be perfect.

Cyclic Ring should be as high as possible if there is no risk of a boom strike.

Ok, I'll redo the swash level and servo 90. Should be 90 to the control rods and NOT servo case, correct? If I make 90 to push rods it will not be 90 to servo case, rods are at a bit of an angle to swash on Goblin 500, using manual suggested servo ball spacing.

As far as your last comment, how would I know if I was at risk of a boom strike?! Never considered that possibility before when setting max cyclic..

Boostrike is possible mostly with 700 and bigger helicopters, so with 500 size the change is very, very low in any configuration.
