I have the correct movements on my swash but in the Servo correction tab in the software every thing is reversed.
When applying Positive pitch on the transmitter negative on the left hand display is shown and adjustments for the minimum position can be changed.
Full negative on the TX shows me green bars and adjustment possible for the maximum sliders.
So reversed in the software but swash moves correctly!
Is this correct?

As far as TX commands and FBL corrections produce the correct results, it is fine. You should see similar results in Diagnostics, no?
Just make sure you have the Stabi Rescue collective pitch correctly (in this case, it should probably have a negative value but still produce positive pitch when activated).

The Spirit team should fix this so new people don't get so confused.

It is reversed because your collective pitch channel is reversed. For the unit it does not matter which way it is. So it is working correctly exactly as in your collective pitch channel.
Mostly it is possible to find servo configuration where your collective pitch is in the correct way, but Spirit does not require it and you can use both ways.

OK ,coming from a VBar this is very confusing to see in the software but as long as it is not going to cause me a problem then I'm ok with it.

Yes, in VBar it must be strictly according to instructions. Here it does not matter and everything will be OK.
