Trex 550 DFC Spektrum Sats Hobbywing 100A ESC DS615 servos. New build. The Spirt was used on a 450 with no problems. Rescue is set to acro. I bench tested and it worked fine. Even turned it inverted and it worked correct. Checked Piro Op. Ran the BEC test several times. Even added a capacitor (not connected during test) First flight everything was working great until I got a little far out and wasn't sure of the orientation. So I hit rescue just to level it. As it was out a ways I couldn't see exactly what happened. But I could see that the tail was pointed about 30 deg up not level and it went down instead of up. By the time my brain processed what was happening it was all over. The only thing I can think of is when bench testing rescue I found it needed to be reversed. I didn't recheck Piro Op after that. Would that change?

Log from flight. I guess I had a brown out I just don't understand why.

Sad news.
Did you saw low voltage events when doing BEC tests? From the log I can't see the problem, because there was already low voltage event during startup (Maybe capacitor has too big capacitance?)
I am not sure when you verified Piro Optimization direction, the best is to verify as the last thing, so you can be sure nothing can affect it. Can you check this now? Then we can be sure if there was or wasn't the problem. All in all, if this is reversed incorrectly it can cause such issue.

It is very possible, because voltage rampup is slower.
Fortunately upcoming firmware version is prepared for this, so it shouldn't be reported anymore in this case.
