Not a good start to the day.

Found that my tail had some vibration from a slightly bent tail rotor hub spindle.
Figured this was why my altitude hold wasn't holding correctly?

Well after getting the blue LED and waiting I lifted her off and everything was fine.

Once I flipped the position and altitude hold switch my helicopter began bobbing up and down -getting closer and closer to the ground as I was trying to fight it with more and more
collective till it pancaked in. Ruined a set of blades, and a main rotor grip arm.

I am extremely close to ripping the Geolink 2 off.

Can't wait for the new NEXUS from Rotorflight to be available.

The one mistake I made was not being at the flying field with more altitude - this would have never happened. Oh well.

Hello,

it look like very high Vertical Correction Gain.
You can try to start with the lowest value.

Please note here in the linked guide there is description and possible solution of this problem:
https://manual.spirit-system.com/index. ... al_pumping

First from all if you see a wrong behavior you can turn off any function at any moment. Please try anything new always in safe altitude to prevent situation like this and have enough time to react.
