Hi all.

I've just attempted to update my second unit and all was proceeding well until I was instructed to re-power the unit for the update to take effect. Then when I powered it up with a 6V pack back I had no LED the servos moved in random directions and then became un powered. Now when I try to powered it up I have no LED and servos remain un powered with no movement at all.

Just found this and it sounds like its a very similar issue as described in the OPs post:

I'm running Win 8.1 but I had no similar issues when updating my other unit on the same machine so any advice is much appreciated.

Hi,

sorry for the troubles. Do you have installed drivers bundled with the software our drivers directly from Windows?
I recommend to install our drivers as other are problematic.

But it is very strange that servos did such behavior. It seems as a different problem.
All in all, I will send you guide for possible solution in private message.

Hi and thanks for your reply

Yes I have used the lasted drivers from your site and have successfully updated one unit to 1.1.0 prior to having this issue with my second unit.

If you can PM me any info that might help with this issue I'd be very grateful :D

Perfect, you are welcome.

Hopefully it will be OK now. In next version we are trying to improve security algorithms so it shouldn't cause again even in various conditions.
