In the Spirit-3-5.zip is only the file spirit.bin but how do I get the file REX-RS.bin for the Version 3.5

Please first update Jeti transmitter via Jeti studio (Rex-RS is same aka Rex3 in Jeti update) an then update Spirit.zip (unzipped) in transmitter.

No need to update REX-RS bin file. It is unchanged from the beginning.
