With my spirits using geolink as a hard deck I can set rescue acro and so my recue will happen inverted as well as upright.

I found with just using my Spirit GT the automatic rescue when hitting the hard-deck the heli always flips to upright (if I hit it inverted), and this is not as effective (slower to rescue, more chance of a crash)

Is it possible to make the firmware such that we can choose if we want the heli to always flip upright, and also same as the old acro mode where it rescues inverted too?

You can set Rescue Acro Delay parameter, then it will ascend in the same way. Finally it will flip the model upside down in high altitude.

thanks.. The Rescue acro delay is not clear in thestructions exactly what it does.. Do you mean if I increase the number (1-30), the model will rescue itself at the harddeck inverted, climb inverted, then flip upright at the top (after the pre-set rescue duration?

What number from 1-30 should I set? It seems like that should be an on or off parameter, why have all the variation, 1-30?

I'd prefer if the model would recue inverted, it would climb inverted from the rescue and stay inverted at the top, just like "rescue acro" which could be set when using the geolink hard-deck.

When you look into the Spirit Settings PC software there is full description of each parameter - the popup window will show when you will hover mouse over any of them.

Acro Delay can be configured up to 3.0 seconds. So within first 3 seconds it will work as Rescue (Acro) and then it will flip the model as Rescue (Normal).
At the moment this can't be changed to behavior or Rescue (Acro) only.
