Post subject:  Throttle range min - max are reversed

I'm setting up a new gasser helicopter, in the gov tab, the min and max are behaving opposite to what I expect and what the manual suggests, I must be doing something wrong.

When I lower the min from 1000 to any number, the position of the throttle opens the carburetor not closes it. Same with the max - if I lower that number from 1900 to 1700 the carburetor opens further.

I reversed the servo in the gov tab, and while the servo reverses direction, the min/max function doesn't change. I also tried changing the servo direction in the radio, but that had no impact on the min/max up/down (up still closes the carb, and down still opens the carb).

What can I be doing wrong.

Version 3.5.0 on a GTR

Thanks

Scott

I'm really hoping there is a solution to this.

Hello,

there is nothing to be resolved. It is just needed to set Min and Max values correctly.
It just mean that your servo must work in reversed direction, for this reason you have to enable Reversed option in the window.

But still for servo nothing is changed so Max value will set the highest pulse value and Min. the lowest pulse value.

Then why you just not increase the number instead of decreasing?

These values are what servo reads, they will stay as they are even when reversed. But this does not mean any problem. That is how it works with all servos.
