Hello,
it does not matter at which altitude or what maneuver you are flying. When model is above limit it will tilt the model to return back to the center of Geo-fence.
You can try it in a safe altitude to see how it will behave.

When you will touch the stick while model is after returning maneuver you can continue flying.
