Hello Thomas, first from all, is it right that your head speed is 4800RPM? It seems that problematic is either something on the main rotor and in the rudder as well. |

I think without blades it could reach up to 4800 rpm. Maybe this is too high for vibration testing since it won't reach this rpm in flight, I think 3700 would be a bit more usable on my setup. I will look into lowering my rpm for testing and flying. |

It is OK, lower RPM will cuse just smaller spikes. But if it is without main blades, than with blades it can be even 5x worse. So definitively I recommend to check bearings/gears/shaft on the rudder and main rotor too. |

I've found the tailhub and tailgrips have a huge influence on this vibration. I'm actually amazed that I've flown this heli two times with these vibrations. 1+ for Spirit |
