What bug do you encountered? It is enough to leave everything at defaults. |

I try to assign the Channel and works except CH3 ( Throttle) , but receive a error message from the Spirit Setup software, becuase Nick Spirit channel takes 3, and Futaba channel 3 must be 3! that |

Please ignore channel numbers. Spirit is using unified channel numbering that is identical for all radios and brands. So for example Gas should be always Channel 1. So you should leave channel layout at default at both radio and Spirit unit. But you can assign Throttle to Channel 1 if you use output from unit. Even if number does not match at both sides, it will work. Important is function, not channel number. |

I recommend to use S-BUS. Wiring is simple and more safe. Please leave channel layout at default - use default profile in your transmitter. In the Spirit unit leave default mapping too. Then everything will work. Compensation is related with Position parameter settings. It is very important to always set parameters correctly. If you can't obtain correct result with correct configuration, then still something else is wrong. Usually it is servo connection, Position selection or Swashplate type selection. |

What channel layout you mean ! Default channel profile is on the Transmitter and I not will change it ! I was one of the first User to setup Flybarless nearly 20 years ago! Servo connection are done as setup manual stated ! Position selection was made, but the Spirit unit compansate viceversa !?? As I write here, the problem is that for the Spirit setup software, channel 3 is Nick and the Roll channel are wrong to, please fix this issue in the Spirit software. Otherwise it will not works ! Please confirm here step by step the setup for Futaba S-Bus and swashplate Goblin 500 ! |

Hello, each flybarless unit is working differently. If you are new to something, it does not matter how long you have experience with other products. Sometime it can cause actually troubles. I am afraid, but there is no bug, there are thousands of pilots around the world that are using our units daily, including S-BUS with all Futaba radios, including our testing pilots. If you will be patient, we can resolve it together. It is enough to proceed according our instruction. First from all, it is highly recommend to use Setup Wizard during initial setup. This will guide you in correct order with necessary information. 1. Now, please set channel order in the Spirit unit to default. For example by pressing Factory defaults button in the Backup tab. This will reset everything in the Spirit unit. 2. Then start the Spirit Settings software again and select Futaba S-BUS receiver type. Preferably in the Setup Wizard. Then after settings are saved and unit restarted, you will get S-BUS connection. 3. Then in Diagnostic tab you will see base channels. Please move with aileron, elevator, rudder, pitch sticks. It is absolutely necessary that functions are moving correctly and in correct direction. Until this step is working correctly, it is important to not continue. 4. In radio, please reset profile to default - use new profile with Helicopter type. This will guarantee that it will work out of the box. If you will be in this step, please let me know what is your current condition in the Diagnostic tab. Whether you can see if channels are moving with correct function or channels are somehow swapped. Thank you. |
