Hi can any one help with what setting changes the following behaviour. Was flying today. Fine hovering but when I go to fly. It’s like the heli is out of control it doesn’t seem to level like flybarless system normally does |

Hello, if you will move with sticks after initialization and you will start the motor, then unit is in flying mode actually. Then swashplate will not return to the center. In this case it is enough to shutdown the motor or level the swashplate with sticks if you want to lift off again. But it is better to make pre-flight check with motor off then swashplate should be always leveled before lift off. If your model is electric, then in normal circumstances it should be level when motor is not running. Only if there is some fan that is producing vibrations it could cause the troubles. |

I’m no getting much luck with this tbh. Barely had many flights just constant problems. Need to get this thing flying properly or I’m going to have to try a different brand |

I am not sure what the actual problem is, but no FBL system should level helicopter normally. It should just maintain desired position that you will make with sticks - in normal flight mode. If you want to stabilize the model, then you have to enable Stabilisation. This will level the model for you. Can you explain the problem in a greater detail? |

Do you mean in the flight? In flight, after releasing the sticks, model should stop movement in normal circumstances. But it should not level the model. Leveling behavior can be set, but with Stabilisation mode. But this is not normal mode and is available only with some FBL units, including Spirit. If you mean on the bench, then after starting the motor it is very correct behavior. After starting the motor, please do not move with sticks or make sure swashplate is centered before lift off. |

Do you want to automatic level the helicopter horizontal if you let sticks in the midle? Gesendet von meinem Mi 9 Lite mit Tapatalk |

I have a 3 other helis and used many flybarless units but something just doesn’t feel right. Doesn’t feel connected. Spoke to Brandon Luke who also had same experience on his maiden flight. He advised to put flight style up to 6 and cyclic gain to 65 |
