I have been trying to bind the Spirit Pro using two DSMX Satellites. I am unable to get the satellites to enter into BIND mode (flashing). I have been able to get one to bind. But, it appears to have an older F/W on it. It says, "HA108X". I have tried satellites with the following versions of firmware on it with NO SUCCESS:
HA411B (tried 6 different units) HA207X (tried 3 different units)
I have changed the Receiver Settings in the Spirit S/W to DSM2/X.
I have tried: - Spirit firmware 1.3.1 and 1.3.2. - switching the Satellites between Primary / Secondary ports. - to bind using both SYS (DSM2) and ELE/PIT/AIL (DSMX) - Rotating all of the units between Primary / Secondary ports
The "HA108X" receiver binds fine with both Primary / Secondary ports.
Based on my analysis, I think the problem is Spektrum F/W with relation to Spirit. I have used these Satellites on the Bavarian Demon, Align GPRO, and Align 3GX with no issues.
Could you please help?
Thanks, Richard

Hello,
please try the following. Download firmware 1.3.2 and after selecting the firmware in software, press CTRL+B. This will rewrite also bootloader to the latest version - normally it is not needed.
Then press the Flash button.
After reflash, please try to bind your satellites again.

It did not work.
I had a receiver connected to the Spirit that I knew worked (HA108X) with one that didn't previously (HA411B). When I placed the Spirit into the bind mode, the HA108X receiver started flashing like was supposed to and the HA411B receiver did not.
But, when the HA108X did bind, so did the HA411B. In order to verify that the HA411B was bound to the transmitter, I disconnected the HA108X satellite receiver. The HA411B Satellite receiver was actually bound to the transmitter. I don't understand why. I guess the HA108X passed the binding code to the HA411B satellite once the HA108X was bound.
Thanks, Richard
