I'm struggling on my spirit pro set up. I'm using the soko heli unit doing the setup. I'm finally getting done with the set up but the settings in the servo trim function on the spirit does not save despite the software saying it saves the setting. I got lucky and took a picture of the trim function page so I can put them back in. What am I doing wrong?

Very likely the issue is only when you are doing the measurement.
You have to always checking trims when Subtrim (tuning) menu is enabled. Any other time measurement can be wrong/different, because many other functions could be applied. But when you are measuring in the menu, measurement must be always identical.
So I guess nothing is wrong actually.

let me try to explain. your answer is not good.
I set up the heli with spirit and soko systems together. After I saved settings I realized the method I used in soko software was incorrect and I had to start over. I restarted the spirit software and went to leveling the swash again. when I releveled the swash using the spirit trim page, the values that were there had to change. I then went through the spirit and soko menu to the end. On the last page I clicked and it said settings changed.
So I wanted to be sure the settings were saved so I went back through the spirit software and all was correct until I got to the trim page and my settings were not there. Having seen that before I had taken a picture of the page. What is going wrong. Is it that once settings are changed you can't edit a set up and save it. Do I need to start an new set up and try saving again? This is non sense.
Please explain

I am afraid but in no case unit should loose a settings. There should be always values you will enter.
So if you will make a screenshot then after reboot (if you saved the settings) everything must remain.
You can try to change any value, then save and reboot and verify again. Technically it should be impossible to loose some settings. Technically if there is some loss, then everything should be at default values. Such things could happen if you for example load backup file or unplug the cable before saving.

I was having the spirit power go off and had to cycle power on and off. Was using 5 cell nimh batter to power unit. I will try again with the lipo and esc power.
Thanks
