I have many units and in the process of updating, 1 of them didn't reboot at the end and wont respond. I tried recovery several times, the blue light flashes but when done there is no response. Does it need to be sent back? or am I missing something? |

Hello, sorry for the troubles. The recovery process is working normally, am I right? Will the firmware bootup in the end, at least immediately after flashing? Very likely sending is not needed. It can be resolved remotely. |

Tried recovery with geolink disconnected and it recovered. all good now. |
