Ich weiß nicht, wie der Hobby-Wing Regler angeschlossen wird variante 1 oder variante 2 ?

Both are wrong unfortunately. THR = Throttle - ESC connection Yellow wire = RPM (middle pin) - this can be disconnected. You can see description of the basic wiring here: http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... wer_Supply It is same as at the attached photo of Spirit Pro unit, except there are different port labels. But positions are same.
