Hello,
last week I got my Spirit and mounted it to my T-Rex 600 EFL. The setup procedure was quickly done but now I have two questions:
1.) When I have connected the bluetooth app on my smartphone, it is not possible to change the gyro gain in the Sensitivity tab because it is greyed out. Is there a reason for this? - in the PC-sofware the value can be changed.
2.) In HL mode the rudder reaches the endpoints when moving the corresponding stick. In normal mode the rudder only moves a few mm. What is the reason for this?
Actually I am looking forward to the first flight which is prevented by the terrible weather.
I should add the information that I am using a Futaba receiver connected to the Spirit by the S-Bus inverter.
Many thanks in advance

Hello,
thanks for your info!
1) Can you tell me if you have unassigned Gyro gain function in channel assignment or do you use Gyro gain normally from your transmitter? 2) In normal mode it is correct, you can change it with different Rotation rate/Rudder dynamics but normally you do not need to fly with this mode. Default rotation rates are good for the first flight.

Hello,
thanks for your very fast answer!
It was my fault - I mixed up the cyclic gain and the gyro gain. The gyro gain I have assigned to channel 5 and then it is clear, that it could not be changed in the app.
The normal mode I only use to bring the rudder in a neutral position before the take off - in flight I only use HL mode.
Many thanks
