Hi,
The Castle Phoenix Edge 120 HV ESC (no BEC) has the usual 3-conductor throttle-output cable and an additional white wire which can be configured in the Castle Link software for a choice of functions, including RPM output which I want to use into the Spirit RS.
In the Spirit manual for CC integration it says the 'Telem CC cable' is needed in the ESC throttle cable to enable the 'Link Live' function, so does it mean that RPM output is available in the 3-wire connector, or is the Telem CC adaptor needed for all CC ESCs, and the additional wire connects to the RPM pin on the RS's EXT/RPM/E2 port?
I'll do some bench testing but it would help if someone's figured-it-out before!
Cheers, Andy

If you just want the RPM then plug the white wire into the RPM pin on the RS and set the telemetry function to Castle in the advanced tab and of course have the RPM option set in the CC ESC.
If you want voltage and capacity from the CC someone else will need to jump in as I don’t have one to test with.
