So I just received a Spirit Red and downloaded Spirit-setting 2.8. When I connect the FBL I get a message informing me that there is a version mismatch and I need to fix it...the Spirit unit has 3.0 on it! The problem is that I cannot find spirit-setting 3.0 as apparently this is required to downgrade the firmware. I tried to use the "recover mode" and it will not show my any firmware files so I guess the 2.8 software does not like something with higher firmware? I tried to find a copy but been unsuccessful so far. Note that configuration is disabled so I can do nothing with my new FBL until I match the app with the firmware. |

Hello, if you downloaded Spirit Settings 2.8 recently you can downgrade Spirit firmware directly without any issue. Just select 4df firmware file at the Update tab and press the Flash button. |

Thank you I got it sorted out and everything is working as far as I can tell. If everything goes well I will try flying this weekend.... |
