Hello, I am looking for help here since I got no reply to my email to spirit system. I got a Spirit Pro and it seems it died on me. The LED stays dark - it does not power on on the heli or on USB. Is there a way to get these repaired? I got it with a used heli meaning I got no reciept. I don't want to make this a warranty case but if a repair is possible I'd love to have it repaired. |

Hello, for sure repair is possible. But first do you recall what was the last operation before problem occured? Please check this guide. Maybe it can be fixed easily if you were performing update previously. http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... ing_Failed |

I removed it from one heli and installed it in a new one. No updates or anything. |

Is there anyone I can contact to get support for this? Seems a waste to throw it away. It doesn't inspire me to buy another for my next heli either. |

Tomas, aka Mr Spirit (ZeXx86) replied to you an hour after your first request for help here. Agree, emails can take a little longer!! I take it you have tried the reflash process he linked to? Assuming the unit was working when you got it, generally the only way to break them is to apply power to the Sys pin. It's been done before and is quite easy to do if space is tight. It will need returning to repair. Tomas will pick this up and guide you through the process! |

If there was no update, then it is possible that wiring is not good or power supply was applied at the SYS port. If there is even no fast flash of the LED light during power up then we have to repair the unit. It seems to be damaged. But we can repair any issue and find why it happened. If this is the case then please ship the unit to this address: Spirit System Tomas Jedrzejek K Olsine 28 73514 Orlova-Lutyne Czech Republic |

I hope I did not apply power to the sys port but it looks like I have? I'll send it to you for repairs. It's a good FBL and it would be a shame to throw away. Thank you Tomas |
