Hi,
I read the manual from the Geolink I got new and according the mounting specification I cannot mount it somewhere on my Soxos Strike 7.
I thought about mounting it on the platform on top of the servos but it is too near to the servos. On the tailboom it is too near to the magnets of the canopy (should be 30cm away from it). So what is the best of this bad mounting points? Tailboom or the platform?
Cheers, Nils

The canopy magnets are very strong on the Strike 7 and will affect the geolink. I had to remove the rear and center magnets on my canopy to achieve same heading direction with or without the canopy on.

How did you mount it? A am planning to use the first mount of the tail it seems perfect. But I am not sure to use a CFK plate or a 3D printed one. Is CFK plate fine and does not interfere with GPS if I fly inverted?
Cheers Nils
