i got my first spirit the other day and cant get it to hook up to my computer. im sure im doing it right,,ive hooked the usb cable up,powered up the spirit through aux port via esc bec,wait for the spirit led to go solid red then start the software and it just says unit not detected do you want to enter demo mode.my computer works with other devices like castle link,hobbywing etc.just wondering if theres something i may need to do to my computer.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
first from all, you should check, that you can see COM port in the software.
If so, than please check, whether your interface connector is oriented correctly.
Orange should be closer to labels on the unit (SYS position).
