Hi I recently obtained a Geolink which was sold to me as new ,but i keep having issues with it. It has firmware version 0.0.1 which obviously is very old. I tried updating to 1.0.3 but it doesn't upload and fails. With this version 0.0.1 when i try to calibrate it always disconnects when i click on the tab before i press calibrate.
Can you help me see if i can fix this or i need to send the module for you to fix?

Hi,
You should be able to fix it by flashing firmware in the recovery mode. Unplug power from GeoLink, start the unit and then in the Update tab select firmware and press the Flash button. Once pressed, connect cable to the GeoLink.
At this moment flashing should start.
With Spirit Pro or Spirit 2 it should be easier.
