Just install on an align 600 nitro, getting out of control head oscillation about 30 seconds into a flight with head gain above 30 any ideas?

Can you describe your problem little bit more, please?

Can you measure vibrations? It seems as there are very serious mechanical issues. Can you post your settings?

There is no vibration issues in the log. It goes into a violent skids wobble and gets worse until its shut off. It was working fine with the vbar i will upload the settings

Thanks, you can also try to enable brand new function, Extended signal processing, this should help.
But it should work also when disabled.

Zex I don't know much about nitro but i noticed his head speed was extremely high, he turned it right down and the problem has virtually gone, i tacked the head and its currently at 2300, that's after turning it right down! I would guess it was close to 3000! He is going to set the governor to 2000 and see if that cures it. Is it usual for this to happen at very high head speeds? The logs shows nothing at all but by putting hard aileron inputs in the heli would go into an uncontrollable side to side skid wobble.

Great!
It is not usual - head speed around 3000 is good for 450 heli, but for nitro and bigger size it is very dangerous. Engine, blades and whole mechanics is not constructed for this, so it could damage it.

Tried everything i can think of with this heli and no go. Still getting a massive skid oscillation. It improves when dropping the head gain but its now down to 20 and its still there. Turn it up to 50 and the heli goes crazy uncontrollable shaking side to side very fast in aileron. Dropping forward feed even helps to reduce it a touch. Put the vbar back on and it flys perfect really lost now. Head speed is 1900. Its seems easier to produce the oscillation after hitting hard on the collective. Geometry is fine servo is correct, tried different blades even.

Log shows healthy all the time, no vibration issues. The spirit is mounted on a plate above the aileron servos right in the middle, going to try moving it to see if that helps.
