It might be this was asked already, but the search engine doesn't allow for "rescue" keyword so I can't find, sorry.

I have a weird problem. Running Spirit pro on Goblin 570 in 12s setup. Vibration analysis done on the bench without blades (as described in manual) shows very very low vibration, ~10 in all channels.

The behaviour: in first part of the flight rescue (I use acro) levels perfectly. After some time it starts to make heli tilted forward, around 30 degrees. What is weird it is very consistent - it is always sme orientation and looks like exactly same angle.

The spirit unit was used i 570 6s version before, which was showing much more vibrations (but still acceptable) and never had any issue. So I think the unit is fine.

I constantly try new things, could it be some maneuver fooling the unit? Or any issue with the heli? Or configuration? Any help appreciated.

In general it still rescues and saves my heli, but I'm less confident with it. Also sometimes it brings heli upright while it would be better to do inverted and vice versa..

Make sure the tail belt is as tight as you can get it to minimize a static problem. I had rescue go stupid on a Align 470 with a loose tail belt. Once this heli was converted to a torque tube tail, rescue has worked perfectly.

The tail belt is tight, I had some issues with that so checked several times and replaced the belt tensioner. Also I think it would not give such consistent results.

I wish I could test it more, but there's no weather at the moment. I was doing a lot of rainbows recently which I wasn't doing before, and I wonder if this is maybe confusing Spirit.

I have a 700 sized gasser with a Spirit Pro. It has a higher vibration level than my electics, but rescue has allways worked OK. One day I tried a few Four Point Tick Tocks with it, after which it rescued at about a 25° angle. I never tried that again and rescue has never failed me except for that one time. I decided to only use my electric heils for trying new 3D maneuvers, and stick with smooth 3D on the gasser. I am mostly a smooth 3D flyer, so I am not challenging the Spirit as much as some do.

Hello,

I guess you have changed also motor. Could you measure vibration level with the Vibration Analysis in Aileron axis please?
Also are you using a fan with the ESC? We do not recommend to use HobbyWing fans as they are affecting sensors a lot.

Some motors are producing high frequency vibrations, alhough small it could have an impact.

Sure I can measure. I think it was fine but can try again, I think tomorrow.

Yes, the motor is now 12s, Kontronik Pyro, it was a Scorpion before. But actually 90% of the heli is new, as I crashed the other one. Only took few parts from the old heli and this includes Spirit. The new one is carbon 570, while the old one was 570 sport, so the new one might be stiffer - could this affect something?

The fan I don't use, no way to fit the fan in 570..

Just got confused, should I measure on the bench or in flight? with / without blades?

If in flight, I should select "Y" right?

Here's what I get, done on the bench, no blades. RPM is 2400. This is what I use for flying, and which I had rescue problems with. I think it looks fine?

Can you measure with tail blades on?
Without blades it looks very well.
