I have just finished assembling my new Ox3 Tareq ediotion with Spirit pro, and 3 ds92a + servos and a platinium V4 40W HW esc, with rx 4649t. Now leveling the swashplate, and you hear the classic noise of continuous micro adjustments from servos
even with the leveled swashplate. if I remove the links from the plate the noise / micromovements stop.the plate is new, and also the ball links, I tried to put some silicon grease in the plate bearing, but the situation remains the same.this noise problem / micromovements sometimes stops by itself, sometimes I have to touch the swashplate with my hands just so it stops.

the control unit is fixed well, and everything is in order, I was very careful about everything, I also thought that I have to bore the linkage ball with reamer tool a little bit, but I'm not sure that's the one.

What else could I do? I fear that the constant noise / micro work may wear out the servos sooner than expected

Worry not.......perfectly normal for digital servos. It's just really annoying when you're setting up and the heli is talking to you all the time.
Quick blip of the sticks can often find a quiet spot!

Very likely your push rods are not too smooth. So the servos are buzzing constantly.
Please use a ball reamer. This will also improve flight performance significantly.

All ball linkages must be super smooth with zero friction. Then you should not hear any noise.

Hello Buttles Thanks for your answer, it's really boring especially when you have the heli for maintenance on the table. The continuous MICRO NOISE by the servos has only faded away, because I tried to reaming the linkage ball a bit, so the servos assume that they make imperceptible micro-movements, to level the plate, and the first micro impediment in the movements they find work more than they should, making that noise all the time.

I hope I'm not wrong. It seems like I solved it by reaming the linkage balls a little

Thanks Tomas, for your answer, can you take a look if the position of the control unit is set right in the software? I then chose the swashplate normal, and not the inverted one, but then I had to invert only the elevator from radio.now the movements seem corrects .can you give me confirm by comparing the photos?

Thanks

Swashplate should be CCPM 120 (Inverted) for this model. So unfortunately it is not correct and must be fixed.

Hello in another topic you had replied to a user that the oxy3 plate didn't need to be set up(inverted), but you have to invert a channel from the radio. At the end now I have inverted it, following the wizard and choosing the model is already inverted, but I always had to invert a channel from the radio, the elevator. if I don't choose the non-inverted plate, from the radio I have to reverse the aileron, and it works the same way.

Thanks

I am afraid, but this was probably misunderstanding.
It must be always in the way the helicopter is built. Any other option is wrong. (even if servos are moving correctly)
Flying with a wrong settings will result in a bad flight performance and especially Rescue/Stabilisation modes will be unreliable.

Also channels in your radio must be reversed in the right way. Always according Diagnostic tab.

Ok
ok i agree, now i have the inverted plate set in the soft of unit, but i only had to reverse the aileron, in the radio, to get the correct movements.

Hi Pino74,
Yes the software setup is correct for the way your fbl is mounted, if it were on top the elevator would be revered and the aileron untouched. As for your servo noise I had that in both my Oxy 3 & Oxy 4 both using KST DS215MG V3.0 servos and by reaming all the plastic ball ends until they swivelled with no friction at all and they were quiet. Also make sure your swash is set up properly both mechanically and in the software and same with the tail mechanics and endpoint settings which may also stop the servo chatter. Good luck on your setup.

Best Regards,
Kevin
