Post subject:  Problem with stabilisation

Hello everyone,
my heli pulls to the right and back when stabilisation (scale) is activated.
It is ok if stabilisation is deactivated.
What can be the cause, or what do I have to adjust to eliminate this behavior?
Regards
Dirk

Did you check your flight log to see if there was any error messages? The other matter is did you wait for the Spirit FBL to fully initialize before spooling up and taking flight as this can often lead un-precise stability flight.
I have had this occur, and found that leaving the heli on a level take off point for about 30 seconds after initialization solved the matter. I hope it is as simple as that and you can resume enjoying the hobby.

Regards,
Kevin

Hello,

the problem could be in the mechanical setup of the servos and rotor head.

I recommend to tick Servos/Subtrim (tuning) menu.
Then verify that all servo arms are in the center position as close as possible.
At the same time swashplate must be perfectly leveled - Cyclic Leveler should tell you.
And lastly at the same time there must be 0° between main blades.

If all three things are correct, then it should not change direction at all.

Another reason could be if model is initialized on a bumpy surface which was not horizontal. Or if model was inclined for a prolonged time during pre-flight check. In this case waiting few more seconds before starting the motor and take off can help.
