Post subject:  Near crash - help understanding log

My last flight of the day yesterday nearly ended with a major disaster
I switched on the heli ( Logo 600 sx with red spirit/geolink and Graupner rx ), spirit started but the geolink seemed to take ages before the led flashed then went solid.
I lifted off, got to about 5m and switched on altitude limit as I always do . I headed off down the field, attempted to give positive pitch and back elevator to flip inverted but the heli just went straight on, I had no control at all for around 10 seconds as if I had lost signal.
Suddenly the heli shot up in a fast backward arch and was heading inverted straight to the club car park, it was as if all my previous attempted controls had been inputted together.
Luckily the heli came back in control and I got it down safely
On checking the log (attached) it shows no signal loss which I thought it would ( also my TX would tell me this if it happened ), it only shows geolink faults and main loop hang
On starting the unit again everything in the log was perfect although I didn't dare fly it until I had checked all the wiring

Could someone please explain what the log means and what may have caused the heli to behave like it did as I don't understand it
