I tried auto land for a laugh today as I had the field to myself I got into a steady hover at 2m, switched on autoland and the heli dropped to around 50cm then just randomly hovered around the field until it started heading towards a bollard when I switched it off and landed manually Would using position hold with autoland help it stay in one place ( I will also recheck the compass heading ) I also noticed that my altitude limit seems to kick in much lower since updating the firmware so I need to reset it (set at 2m but getting below 1m before activation) |

Retry everything at 5-7m and report back. I have none of your issues and I think, altitude limit or invoking auto landing at 2m is far too low. The FBL needs some height and time to prepare for auto landing. Make sure, position hold with altitude hold works fine first. BR Eugen. |

Hello, if the model is hovering without descending it mean that the model is not hovering stable enough. It should not move at all in aileron/elevator axis. Compass Calibration or Compass Heading Correction can solve the problem. |
