In the DS16: Device Explorer
Here the spirit is displayed. If I click it, the Spirit settings will not be displayed.

Hi! I can not open the spirit menu anymore with my DS16! since version 2.5.0 I have this problem. it has always worked with version 2.4.3! is the problem known? greeting My other Problem: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2758 |

Hi Frank, I am afraid, but everything is working well for us. Are you sure you updated the unit to 2.5.1 and your BIN file was updated too? What does it mean you can't open the menu? What message you can see? |

Can you see any error in the Jeti radio? When I click at the Spirit in Device Explorer it just loads and everything is OK. |

I see spirit in the device explorer, ok on the right! I click the spirit, I get the message: "Device not connected" I did not have this message with version 2.4.3 Immediately come into the spirit settings! |

Can you downgrade to 2.4.3 firmware and try it again, please? In this way we can make sure where is the problem. But did you updated the BIN file in your radio to the latest 2.5.1? |

Yes, it works with 2.4.6! Version 2.5.1, I downloaded 2 days ago Do you have the 2.4.6 software download for me? |

Ah, that is interesting. Version 2.5.1 was released yesterday. Can you make sure it was really downloaded yesterday after official release? But did you updated the BIN file in your radio to the latest 2.5.1? It can't work with BIN file that is working for 2.4 |

Bin. file for the DS16? I have always updated the spirit. the ds16 has version 4.28 |
