Hi all, someone who helps me to understand how to set the value of the 6 degrees tuning geometry in the Advanced tab of the Unit? I ask as this has not been changed and I have always forgotten everything by default.
Usually when I do a new setup to a heli, the first thing is to put the servos horn in the center, often I can not without the help of the subtrim in the unit, then I move to have 11 degrees of positive and negative excursion of the plate, check with throttle... then after checking the endpoints, if the servos at the limit strain, and I reduce the range in the servo travel tab, if necessary, then change the pitch range value to have 11 degrees positive and negative, and I always make sure in the same pitch tab range that the slider and the value of the cyclic tunig is wide to make me reach 11 degrees.but in the advanced tab I've never gone after I'm wrong? I only check that with the curve of the step on the radio I get the values set by myself. Until now I have never had problems with this basic configuration, but I have never overturned a heli and so now I have doubts if the angles and degrees of the cyclic are right.
Thank you all

Hi,
did you configured the model with Setup wizard? If not, then there might be few mistakes that can cause a troubles when flying - including excess load for servos, oscillations and performance due to wrong Geometry 6°, Subtrims, etc. It is highly recommended to use the wizard since all steps are explained there and are performed in a proper order.

No Tomas, never used before, always done with the old method, as was done with the flybar, I never flew 3d and flight without even stunt and I never had problems. You did well to tell me this.I like your language , you are always precise in the answers, and you have a great intuition to understand. thanks. I will try "The Wizard"and update you.
Thanks

It is extremely important to configure all these parameters otherwise unit can't operate correctly. So Setup Wizard is recommended for everybody that is not really expert on this.
