I'm using Spektrum SPM4649T as the receiver and want to add a satellite antenna (got Lemon). But is there any way to get information about antenna fades of the satellite from telemetry? |

Hello, you can get a telemetry data directly from 4649T, but not satellite itself. |

Yes, from the 4649 I get it already. Is this something that could be added in future? I mean, is there a possibility from hardware point of view? |

You're getting it from the 4649t itself because it's the only receiver you're using that's capable of telemetry. You could get what you're looking for if you were using a full sized receiver with a telemetry unit attached. Though I'm under the impression you're wanting to know what the spirit itself sees as far as overall signal. |

I have switched to OpenTX in between so not really waiting for this feature anymore, but... You're right, Spirit gets this signals so it has some idea about how is the connection performance of the satellite. It would be great to have this info. Otherwise I felt like adding a satellite gives me nothing, because I can't test it well. While reading about 4649T I got the impression that you can throw anything to it and it will send it over telemetry, so maybe information from satellites could be send this way and shown in Spektrum properly (A, B numbers on Flight Log screen). |
