I just want to choose SAB Fireball preset model but I can not, it seems greyish... please help

This is caused maybe because the unit that you are running is not intended for usage on this small model.
But in the upcoming version that will be released in the following days we have changed it already so the preset for Fireball can be used on all our units. This will solve your problem.
For now you can use Goblin 380 preset which is nearly identical.
