Hi,

is LED on the unit steady ON?
Were the servos moving at any point?

Normally there is no reason other than that the servos are plugged incorrectly in the unit.
You can take a photo of the connection so we can check it.

At that time the wizard is still not communicating with the unit so it is not important what you will select in the software.
I think that problem could be in the connection of the servos.

Can you take a photo of the unit with connected servos, please?

Thank you very much for the photo.
It looks good.

Did you selected PWM connection type in the Setup wizard?

What I can recommend is to use UDI or EX Bus connection, since it is digital connection.
With EX Bus you can also get full integration with the Jeti radio - it is just one cable instead of 3.
