I have banks assigned as such 0 = normal rescue, 1= normal stabi, 2= acro stabi. Using channel 8 assigned to Stabi Function. In the diagnostic screen I see when I activate channel 8 I see the gyro switch from head lock to head lock rescue. This works fine from any of the 3 banks. But if I'm in bank 1 or 2 I don't see the Stabi function on the gyro channel. Is this correct or do I still need to program another mix so it shows this. I don't want to use Neg gyro gain I want to assign Pos gain to all three I.U. s.

When software is connected, your radio will not change banks. Banks can be changed only by combo box in the software. So please make sure that you are in the right bank when trying it.

So in order to see if Bank 1 or 2 is assigned correctly on the Diagnostic page I need to change it in the Active Bank box at the bottom. It should then tell me Headlock Stabi. on the gyro channel. Correct ?

Yes, exactly.
Or you can close the software and try to observe behavior of the swashplate. But this is not as easy.

If I understand the manual correctly if you use the Stabi Function in channel assignment then you can't use the Neg Gyro Gain method. So you can't use a combination of both ?
