Hello Thomas I currently using Spirit pro with 3 models, G380 G570 G770. All of them works fine but they have a common issue....the tail kicks when I give hard pitch inputs. Where should I start? Gain, pirouette consistancy or even revomix? G770 is new so there the tailmechanic maybe is a problem Regards Andreas Skickat från min SM-G930F via Tapatalk |

Hello Andreas, all the goblins need a certain angle between tail blades when the rudder servo is in the center position. This angle is approximately 3-4° - slider closer to the boom. If you have 0° on all of them, then this is the problem. I recommend to start with Gyro Gain - increase as much as possible with no oscillations. Then increase Pirouette Consistency until it will hold. Smaller helicopter will need smaller values. Rudder Delay can be configured according our Servo List - http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... Servo_list |

Hi Andreas Just as an idea. Had the same issue with my SOXOS 550, always this little annoying 5-8cm side kick on aggressive pitch pump. Well I did tune lot's of ruder parameters also tried Revomix with no better results. GOV holding was great, at the end it was to aggressive. I did reduce P-Gain on GOV to allow some little rpm prop to give tail a change to build up force against Mainrotor. (reducing till rpm drop was noticeably, than added one step up again). As it looked, ESC did ad so much force to Main that Tail was not able to build up enough power instantly. Looking at slow motion, Tail was at full deflection to hold but but this was just not enough on the first impulse to keep. Now, I'm back at almost default on Spirit, tail holds very nice with 1-2cm kick at its most with no Revo Mix, Tic Toc look very stable as well as during hoovering aileron Rolls, tail is like a rigid pole in the air. Once back, I'might share my setting regards, Adrian |

Now the report from the tuning of g770. I did subtrim on the rudder until it was about 3 or 4 degrees. Then gain about 60, 1.3 multiplier. I ended up with 205 pirouette consistancy. How high can I go? It was much better but a little kick remains... By the way my friend also have a 770 with beastx, same problem. There the solution was longer servoarm. Maybe I should have a longer arm? Regards Andreas Skickat från min SM-G930F via Tapatalk |

Even easier, just attach the file to your post, and it will be opened with the viewer automatically. Like this.
