Hi Everyone, This question has probably been asked before but I was unable to find an answer for it. I suspect it's a com port problem on my laptop. When I plug in the battery, I get a solid red light on my Spirit Pro but the interface says no connection. Anyone know what the solution to this is? Thanks. |

Hi, do you starting the software after the unit is initialized? This is very important. Yes, it might be a COM port issue - probably USB interface driver was not installed. You can install it through the Spirit Settings installer - just tick driver instalation there. |
